I stopped in today to pick up an item I forgot to take home yesterday. While in the shop Jim Brady answered a few questions I had and provided helpful information regarding use of my Di2 battery. He printed instructions that I'll use at home. I appreciate the knowledge and service that everybody at the shop shares.

Taking your Trek bike to a Trek dealer gets you the correct parts. But not all provide this level of service, Experience, or the frequent updates via email. Kudos to Rob going the extra mile on dealing with and completely some of more tasks.

As long as no one acts like one of those snotty bike guys and makes you feel like you know nothing… then all is good. Most of my experiences at your shop have been good.There is one guy that is a regular employee at your shop that can give the impression that he’s “one of those bike guys” that knows it all and you are just a dumb customer. Quite to the contrary, I’ve been MTB biking in the bay area for 20 years and I have never made anyone feel like I know more than they do.
I have purchased multiple bikes from your shop and I have recommended multiple friends as well.
Like I said, my experience for the most part has been good and will continue to be a patron.
