Thankfully you had the bike I was looking for and your staff was polite, friendly and professional. I was unaware of the bike shortage and desperatly needed a cruiser to get exercise due to a knee injury. Most of the bike shops in my area would not answer the phone and those who did were rude or snarky. Everyone at St. Helena Cyclery were great to deal with.

I traveled an hour and a half away from my home to hit a mountain bike trail when I arrived at my location I realized I had forgotten my helmet. St. Helena Cyclery had exactly what I needed. I was assisted with friendly staff who assisted me in my choice and even threw away my boxes. Truly a wonderful shop and staff.
