He kept in contact with us throughout about the status of our order and really worked with us to get a bike in hand. We had 2 contacts with another employee that were experienced as pretty rude, but given the times and the stress of high demand it was easy to overlook and just deal with Jake. I would definitely, and will likely, purchase there again.
