I only went to Napa Velo to buy some tire tubes. The staff are friendly and helpful. They sell some pretty cool road bikes and mountain bikes from hardtail to full suspension. I would recommend friends to go to Napa Velo anytime.👍🏽👍🏽

My front wheel axle was coming apart. I have a Trek a great bike but it takes a beating. I was expecting a expensive and time consuming repair. Despite being busy with plenty of other bikes they fixed my axle the same day and I received a $15 bill. If you have problems with your bike go the Napa Velo on Gasser. They were really great to me and charged me fairly.

My old bicycle works great with the new wheel. After many years, the front axle broke due to metal fatigue. That represents a lot of use. St. Helena Cyclery ordered me a new wheel, tire, tube, wheel axle and bearings etc. Can't believe how smooth the front wheel spins on the new assembly.

They went out of their way to provide great service after a bumpy start which was primarily my fault due to impatience. The whole story has a great ending and I have a super bike!
We liked the special attention you paid to us, sharing how bike bells work, and letting us borrow a screwdriver so we could install the new bike bell right away. Despite getting a "wave" of customers all at once, you acknowledged us while we were waiting in line with a polite, "we'll be right with you."
Your products are top notch. We save up our money so we can shop in your store, as the prices are higher than other places. However, we feel proud to support a local Napa company, and want you to stick around!

You guys need 2 persons all the time at the store, poor Guy is in rush all the time I visit the Store and make people wait to much I know labor cost.
