First, I like the friendliness. Secondly your staff is highly competent. So all in all perfect in comparison to your competitor. In Yountville. I have no issues with their pricing structure, but they are greedy. For instance all their work is done in Napa, so they have a truck that goes back and forth every day. The cost to have your bike taken to Napa: $150 each way, which of course is outrageous. Thank goodness we have you folks close by.

Very courteous & helpful. I walked in without an appointment & the bike technician, Justin(?) was patient, explaining the cause of the brake issue and showed me how he could help resolve or improve the problem. The final bill was exactly as the estimate. Great service.
