I was looking for a new bike for some time, I did my research for the type of riding I planned on doing and settled on the trex ds2. I was not able to purchase the bike on line due to covid they suggested napa valley velo. I called and spoke with Jake and he went out of his way to find the bike for me all the while staying in contact with me giving me updates as to when the bike would be ready. I very much appreciated him keeping me updated even on days when the shop was closed. Very good customer service all the way around. Thank you Jake and team velo. 😁🚲🚲

when We did the purchase on Bikes a year ego customer service was super good but when I go do a flat tire they go for the next customer that want to spent big $$$ which I agreed.

The friendliness and professionalism from Buck, Robert Nelson, and his associates is exemplary. From day one, I was greeted as a neighbor and friend, though I live in Southern California. Positive attitude to assist and expert advise made this whole experience worth driving 370 miles & 5+ hours. I love my Trek Verve+2. I am so fortunate to have gone into Napa Valley Velo. I was shopping that day to buy a new bike. I had gone to a competitor in town but they were too busy to acknowledge that I was standing there. I heard of a new bike shop over by the movie theater so I went to check it out. I had a salesman ask if he could help me within a minute of walking in the door. The salesman introduced me to the Trek E-bike. I like it because it works great for rode and trail. The Verve+2 is a great commuter bike.My last new bike was 2000. I was due for a new bike and I made a great choice. The guys at Napa Valley Velo are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
