Austin was particularly helpful. He had the same exercise bike as I do and he solved a pedal installation problem I had. Austin very kindly lent me a tool to do the work , which I returned the next day. It was a pleasure to speak to Jake who remembered my good friends (also customers) and remembered me from many years ago.
Altogether is was a successful and enjoyable interaction and I will surely go back.
