Our assistant Buck went the extra mile for me when I had purchased a bike online in the morning and had it put together when I brought my nephew in that afternoon. Then, upon seeing that the image online must have looked a lot bigger than the bike really was and seeing how tall my nephew was, Buck brought out a nice, bright red more advanced bike! Boy, was Case excited when he saw that and jumped right on it which brought smiles to all of us!!! Then Buck helped us custom size just the right helmet and proper fit for my nephew. We paid the difference in costs for getting the bigger bike and that was it! We walked out very happy customers, and Buck even loaded the bike in the truck for us!
