The team at St. Helena Cyclery are knowledge and accommodating. We called the day before to check on the availability of servicing our two bikes on the following day, a Saturday, because we were coming from out of town. They were expecting us the next morning and took in our bikes immediately to begin service. When we picked up our bikes later in the day, Buck did a thorough job of walking through the repairs and diagnostics done on each of our bikes and also gave us some tips for maintaining and using our bikes in between services. On my bike, he diagnosed the problem of ghost shifting by making a slight correction to the derailleur. We are happy to have bought our bikes from St. Helena and to return for their excellent services and support.

Jake was very accommodating and helpful! We drove from Modesto to pick up a bike that we haven’t been able to find in stock anywhere. I wasn’t sure which color I wanted and he was willing to put together a bike for me, not knowing if I would purchase it or not. They were very knowledgeable and I only wish we lived closer to continue to utilize the shop on a regular basis. When we arrived, a young man helped me decide which bike and even rode with me to show me how everything worked. They gave us a great lunch recommendation in the area while they replaced some broken parts on my husbands bike. Will definitely be returning!
