What I really like the most is it privately owned. Privately owned versus corporate . Local ownership provide a higher level of service they are more invested and can monitor staff better, hire better. Because they’re part of the community that’s what I love about Velo with the Napa and St. Helena stores.

Napa Velo on Gasser is the best bike shop in Napa. Service is great the bikes you can't kill.
I've been riding on skyline for 10 years and other brands like Giant just fall apart. My Trek I have is going strong after 5 years. I can't kill the bike but I'm trying. Spend the extra money and buy a Trek. In the long run its cheaper. Again service is the best in town. Do yourself a favor and buy a Trek.

Follow up and follow through of staff and Jake was exceptional! We try to shop local first but a lot of times customer service is just not as expected but at Velo we were so pleased! They actually want your business and earn it! Very pleased all around! Recommend to all my friends and family.

Love the assortment of bikes and accessories at fair prices. Most importantly, their customer service is stellar. They do what they promise and will follow up promptly. Everyone is super friendly and down to earth.
