When we realized that the bike we had purchased over the phone and came to pickup was a little smaller then we had expected we upgraded and they set the bike up right then and there for my nine year old daughter. Set her helmet to the right place and seat height. Will most likely be shopping there for my own bike soon. A+++ seller!

We love that the StHelena cyclery is where it is.. got a flat tire half a block away.. just dropped the bike off.. with some additional services expertly suggested.. and a few days later a call saying bike was fixed. I find everyone in the shop is courteous and friendly, and thank our lucky stars you are there! Don't ever leave..
