I really wish they had a shop in Sacramento. I call a shop here to see if they have something in stock and you’d think that it was a favor or at least that’s how they act. Mostly what I get is “call me in an hour” lol ok do they understand people like me pay the bills by buying things???
The great thing about your shop is they are the opposite of what I run into. They know customer service and they want to help. Not too annoying with the “add on’s” but they ask it’s a disservice if they don’t ask. Kudo’s great team you guys have there. I bought a bike a few months ago and I just came back for another bike. That’s the best compliment I can give you right there!!!!!
