Napa Velo has a great selection of Trek items. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I also love the recommendations. I did some upgrades to my Trek FX 1 that were recommended by the store worker, and I am loving it. Also, this location is pretty sweet. Since it’s next to the Napa downtown bike trail, it is very convenient to try out bikes, etc. Also, since this store is an authorized Trek dealer, it is great because they can order specific items from Trek and have it shipped and installed there. Great store!

The salespeople were friendly at least two out of the three were. The first clerk I went to was rather arrogant which I didn’t appreciate but hey I needed a flat fixed.

The closer was when staff actually took a bike ride with me and answered all of my questions.
They let me repair my tubeless flat out back after I purchased a tube. They also pumped up the tire.
