Napa Valley Velo gave me great service for my Mountain Bike. They were very helpful with my questions and saved me some money.
The staff member that helped us was Jim. He was amazing. We had a flat tire and he came out to get the bike out of the car for us. He immediately knew what was wrong and how much it would cost. We left and received a call from him suggesting a coating for the interior of the tire to prevent another sticker getting through to the tire. Great service. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and quality work
The staff was thorough and friendly - the bike was a current model (Domane with Ultegra DI2) and tuned up beautifully and delivery was simple and timely. The price for a week rental was higher than I expected but I wasn’t willing to compromise on the caliber of bike so - I’m okay with it. That said, I’ll save $105 next time on the added pedals rent ... charging half the price of a new set (Ultegra) was disproportionately high to my thinking.
