I just had my e-bike tuned up (regular maintenance). St. Helena Cyclery goes "above and beyond" and replaced the pedals because they were under warranty. I love the new pedals because they have more friction and my foot doesn't slide at all. They care about their customers!
It was a nice service to transfer our new bike purchase to the Napa store. The Napa store made sure my wife was comfortable with the controls, seating and handlebars.
I like that I was able to purchase a Trek Mountain bike over the phone and pick it up the following Saturday. When I arrived Saturday morning at 10 am I was promptly greeted by a friendly staff member, who assisted me. He showed me the bike I had purchased and asked me if I had any questions about the bike. He wheeled the bike out to my car and placed it in the trunk of my car. Professionalism every step of the way!

Had the bike I wanted in stock, in the right color. The salesman was very professional, and friendly. He made sure we were a satisfied customer before we left the store. Only down side is paying more, than other stores, but we were in the area, so it was more convenient.

I spent a lot of time searching online, and Napa Valley Velo was literally the only store in the US who had this cassette in stock. Thank you a million times!
