Robert and the crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Before arriving at the store, Robert helped us over the phone to confirm availability and store information before we made the 2 hour trip from the Sacramento area. He gave us some traffic advice, too! When we got to the store, he and the crew answered our questions, let us test drive the bikes, and even helped us fit the bikes onto our bike rack. After explaining the settings and service recommendations, we were off with our new gear.
Everyone was so friendly. They fixed my weird bike. It was not pushy service. They helped me pick a helmet for me. Very knowledgeable on the helmet technology. Chilled laid-back environment. The bike rental is reasonably priced for the all-day.
Jake #2 was great. Super smart and friendly. If you come across a USED Large Mountain Bike for a boy who is 6'3" with disc brakes....let me know. John Cowles

The customer service was very good. I called to discuss my issue, I got a call back with in a few hours to schedule the service. They service was on schedule and the estimated cost was spot on. Post repairs, Jim was very thorough on the phone regarding the work done. All around from first call to last call, the service was perfect.

I drove to Napa from Sacramento to purchase a bike for myself and my sister due to a shortage of bikes in the Sacramento area. The guys at Napa Valley Velo made it all worthwhile. They had a great selection of bikes and provided great service also. I would definitely go again.

To be honest I was was looking for a trek marlin5 in a certain color and size.
They had it in stock when I walked in the gentleman was honest and helpfull about what size I needed , He didn't try to up sell..and with in an hour. The bike was ready to go.
