Everyone who works there is so knowledgeable and nice! I bought a bike a few months back and my girlfriend also bought one after she rode mine. We picked it up this past Saturday and she said how wonderful the experience was. We are so lucky to have them in the neighborhood!

Super friendly and helpful staff. The bike rack I was shopping for was on hand and available. Other sources had to order the rack and I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for arrival.
I’ve already recommended that my sister-in-law (who was visiting from San Leandro) visit this shop and purchase their rack extension. They’ve been waiting 6 months for availability at her bike shop in the East Bay.
