Friendly, competent
I bought a Trek Mountain Bike 5 years ago. I ride Skyline park 4 days a week. I've had other brands. Skyline chewed up and spat out my other bikes. Five years later the Trek is as good as the first day.
Also the service at Velo by Imola is the by far the best in town. They often times will service your bike on the spot or the same day usually. They are helpful and knowledgeable on bikes. I own five Treks now. My daughter and wife love them.

From the moment we stepped into the shop we felt cared for, listened to, and accommodated (as much as possible). You embodied what great service is, and it's really a breath of fresh air. In addition to the normal transactional details, when unexpected changes happened, the staff was able to flex with the issues, while making us feel like we weren't on our own. Things weren't perfect, but neither is life, and everyone handled things magnificently. You'll have my vote for best shop from here on out.
