The product (TREK checkpoint alr5 bike) is amazing and I loved the fact that the arrangement I made with this store went smoothly.
Last week I hit a water buffalo on the way to work, and was subsequently running late for a meeting. Stopped by St. Helena Cyclery for some towels, and they also had the correct Fetzer valves and ball bearings I needed to get up and running again immediately. Love the patient service combined with a smile and positive attitude. And the cologne that Buck wears (Sex Panther?), it totally gets me like 60% of the time!!!

I purchased a new Powerfly Fs 9 from Jake, the owner. I picked it up at the St Helena shop and Robert Nelson patiently answered my many questions, since this was my first eBike. Although I am still on a learning curve, I received enough information from him to get me started riding it confidently.
I highly recommend St Helena Cyclery for all your cycling needs, as well as their other store in Napa by the name of Napa Valley Velo.
