Our experience was amazing. We were quickly greeted when we entered the store to purchase a bike for our 7 year old daughter. The salesman was so helpful with getting us a great choice for her. He let her ride the bike outside, gave her a helmet, and made sure it would be a good fit for her. During the sale he adjusted the bike to her size so it would be all ready when we got home. He even attached her bell. He also took her picture and sent it to us in a thank you text. We received a copy of our receipt but he also emailed a copy to us with a thank you note. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike.
