During a very busy and overworked time for bike shops and their staff, Napa Valley Velo is one of a rare few that doesn't lose their cool or get totally rude about their situation. They communicate very well, get you in and out and most of all do high quality work. They make you feel comfortable in your lack of bike knowledge (unlike most shops who's mechanics bike shame you) and give straight forward advise.

I walked in and described what I wanted, they had everyrhing in the store. Literally I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. I also was allowed to test ride the bike which was helpful in my descision. Highly recommend this bike shop. Now I want a mountain bike!!

Napa Valley Velo has a large selection of bicycles and accessories. The sales/service people are friendly and knowledgeable. The store location has plentiful and easy parking. I bought a Trek Rail 5, love the bike and the service that came with it.
