The staff were incredible. Justin and another man at the St. Helena store were great following up on my inquiries, proactively keeping me updated on the order status, and organizing the transfer of my bike from Napa the St. Helena. Really felt like I was in good hands the entire time and never felt like I was being sold or pressured either. Will definitely let my neighbors in Santa Rosa know that St. Helena is a great place to look for a bike, inventory shortage or not.

The pros at Napa Valley Velo are superb and go out of their way to meet clients’ interest. I pre-ordered my bike about which I was very excited, and I got more than what I expected from both, the product and service. I did shop around Sonoma county as well as Napa county., and I highly recommend Velo over any other bike shop I visited.
Jake from Napa Valley Velo was awesome with my bike repair, He even managed to remove some things from the initial estimate, saving me money. He also made an excellent recommendation on a new Bike seat I inquired about and am very satisfied!
