I bought a Rail 7 last February at the shop in Rogers since they had the large frame in stock. The staff was very friendly and professional. I also had them install a dropper post on my wife's LIV Embolden E-bike that was a year old. They did a great job and kept us informed of the progress because the first post they ordered did not fit correctly, so they ordered another one and it is working great for her.
After 83 miles on my Rail 7, I had a failure with the speed control cable or something of that e-bike nature, so I took it to the shop south of the NWA mall in Fayetteville which is the closest shop to our home. Russel ran a diagnostic test, confirmed what the problem was and put in a warranty claim. It took a little over two weeks for the replacement part to arrive from Trek that was really disappointing and dropped my confidence in this US company's "customer service", by being rather slow to fill a warranty claim. However, once the parts arrived Russel got on it immediately and my bike now has around 250 miles on it and is working great.
Russel was very professional and kept in prompt touch with me during this very slow and frustrating procedure while I was unable to ride my new bike for over 2 weeks.
Of course, this was not Phat Tire's fault nor am I at age 70, a jerk that thinks any bike shop or other business should drop everything they are doing and put me first. I was as earlier mentioned, very disappointed for this warranty process to take so long to go through when I researched Trek and dropped several thousand on one of their e-bike products. I wish you would pass this on to them because you are a dealer of their product and would carry more weight with them as opposed to a single buyer that may get a scripted apology and a small gift certificate.
Back to good news. My wife and I were loading up to do a ride at Fitzgerald in Springdale and as we were airing up the tires and checking pressure, one of her tires would not take air as is typical of a sealant clogged tubeless tire. I removed the presta valve core, cleaned the dried sealant off and tried again to no avail. So we went to the Phat Tire shop in Springdale since it was on the way, purchased a new valve core, I replaced it in the parking lot, aired up the tire and we were on our way. The young man in the shop was very helpful and polite. Over the years, I have bought a few items from the Springdale shop (gloves, water bottles, flat tire kits, etc.) and as with the Rogers, Fayetteville shops, all employees were very nice and willing to help, making my business at Phat Tire enjoyable regardless of mentioned locations.
In closing, thanks for wanting my feedback.
I purchased my Trek Verve bike from the Bella Vista shop a year ago and it has been a great bike. A couple of days ago I called the shop seeking a bike odometer. They had just what I needed and Ben said he would put it on for me (free)! When I got to the shop Ben had it installed in 5 minutes and I was on my way back home. That’s how you earn return business! All of the team at Phat tire are friendly and knowledgeable about bicycles. Give them a try….

The shop is great. Staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. My wife and I rented e-bikes and Corey was great giving us tips on where to ride. My next visit to Bella Vista will definitely include a trip to the shop for more riding and catch up on the local riding scene.
