Jesse was an absolute gem. He made my experience so worth the in-store visit. I was going to buy my parts on Amazon but decided last minute to go to JAX for the in person service. Best decision ever. Jesse knew what parts were best for my brake repair project and made sure he informed me on my installation to save a huge headache. The parts were very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely return to JAX.

Eddy was incredible! I spoke to him over the phone two days before coming in and when I arrived he remembered me and what I was looking for in a bike. He then walked me through the process of picking out what accessories I needed. Shortly after, the bike was done and I was on my way! I absolutely love this bike! Whatever you’re paying Eddy, it’s not enough, give that man a raise!
