Don and his team went above and beyond in helping to repair my 2012 Madone 6.2. Due to the age of the bike, a front chain ring wasn’t readily available. Don searched the internet and was able to locate a replacement. The repairs were done quickly and professionally and at a reasonable price. I am extremely happy with the results! Highly recommend Jax Bicycle Center-Irvine.

Unbelievable service. I bought a used bike and took it in to get it looked at and brakes fixed. They weren’t upset that I didn’t buy a bike from their shop and graciously looked over everything and got the bike riding like new. Awesome people all around. Really appreciate their help and joy for riding.
