Craig did a great job getting my bike in tip top shape and kept me informed throughout the process. He made recommendations without making me feel like he was just trying to upsell me. I ultimately took his advice on those recommendations and he was able to finish the work with plenty of time before my upcoming event.

Came out from breakfast on Main St., HB - flat tire. I remembered that Jax was 200 yards down the street - what a stroke of luck! They had me bring my bike in, they fixed the flat in 15 minutes and I was back out on the street headed home. Great guys (Jesse & Sebastian) - thanks again for the stellar service!

I’m not happy about the Claremont location closing. Been going there for about 10 years. It was the best bike shop around even though Incycle is closer to me. Incycle sucks! The staff in Claremont was friendly and professional and knew there stuff. I bought a Madone based on the recommendation from Jose. Also bought a Fuel EX there as well. Bring back the shop. There are so many cyclists in the area but few, if any, quality bike shops.
I dropped off an old Trek bicycle and asked if it was worth the price of repairs and was advised that it was as the repairs were about half the price of a new one. Two days later I picked it up and it looks and feels like new. Andrew was attentive to what I said and thorough with his counsel.

I ordered handle bars online. I liked the prompt service. I had questions about my seat and about other bikes, and I could tell that the sales man had a great knowledge of the bikes, parts, and what I was looking for. He was very professional and respectful. Jax's Bicycle Center has the best, knowledgeable, and most respectful customer service in our area of Menifee, Hemet, Murrieta, and Temecula.

Nick and the staff at Jax Laguna Niguel are the best. We have bought several bikes there now and this is the only place we buy our bikes. Nick traded our old bikes in for a great price and we got great deals on a couple new bikes. Their service shop is always on top of things also. If any maintenance is ever needed, it’s a fast and easy process. Thanks Nick for everything. We will be back for sure!
