After taking my mtb to another shop it still wasn’t shifting correctly. I brought it to Jax and Andreas figured out after major troubleshooting the cassette was installed incorrectly .Bike shifts like butter now!

High end products so they cost more but seem to be worth it
Products are products. We test them, we like them, then we don’t like them. I may be naive, but you probably know this and tolerate it.
However, knowledge and service is special. If it’s there, I usually will continue going to knowledgeable people who fix the (bike) problem— cuz that’s what I’m looking for!
And Jax fixes bike problems. Thankfully, because I can continue to ride.
We brought our 3-year-old son in to find a suitable helmet for him. The gentleman (sorry we didn't catch his name) was extremely helpful and found the perfect helmet for our son. Our son even said, "the man is being so nice to me!"
