Jesse provided the best customer service yesterday at Jax in Huntington Beach! For a moment I thought I was in bicycle maintenance school! He took his time with me as he explained all of the details of changing a tire as well as provided meaningful insights to the latest technologies and products.

The tech you helped us with our bicycle purchase was very knowledgable and kind. He made our son feel comfortable trying out bikes, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our son has been happily zooming around the last two days.
We stopped by on a Saturday. One of their employees helped us right away to find the product we needed (pedals for a mountain bike), put the bike on a lift, and quickly installed the pedals. We also decided to buy a water bottle holder, which he again installed for us right away. It was great to walk in and get such prompt service, as one of the pedals had broke, rendering the bike un-rideable. Thanks a lot, and we look forward to shopping here in the future.
