The service was outstanding. I was actually very surprised. I came in expecting to drop off my bike and then arrange to have it picked up later on during the week. But the technician immediately took my bike, started to inspect it on the spot. Then walked me through what all the issues were. Provided me with several different options. And then was upfront with not only cost but labor. He was friendly, informative, and very professional. It was a great experience. I was in and out within less than an hour. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been living in Long Beach on my life, and this has been one of the businesses that has been around since my childhood. Great to see they’re still here. I’ll definitely be back.
