The service is excellent
I was absolutely amazed at the wonderful experience I had buying bikes from Jax. We had no idea what to shop for given that we had not ridden a bike in years & had never been bicycling enthusiasts. David was extremely informative about our options and he appeared enthusiastic about selling us bicycles whether we chose relatively inexpensive bikes or a somewhat costly bikes. David was the perfect blend of salesperson, teacher, casual acquaintance for social chat, riding guide, and cautionary tale (he had been quite notably injured riding his bike before work that day). I went from being too self conscious to glide on a bike in the store to being extremely enthusiastic about a test ride in the neighborhood with David & my husband. David sold us bicycles that day but he also sold us on sunshine and fresh air! It was a wonderful experience for a bicycling novice to leave the store feeling equipped with the right bicycle and a reasonable amount of information about how to begin this journey safely (e.g., helmets, bicycle locks, bike lanes versus sidewalks). Thanks David! We will be coming to Jax for all our bicycling needs.
I stopped in hoping for a quick fix, and they delivered at a great cost. Also answered questions about potential ebike upgrades I had for my wife. Will definitely be back for any bike needs
I left my bike for a tune-up, and a few accessories to installed, they even completed the work a couple of days earlier than expected, it looks brand new. The team is always friendly and helpful. Kudos to Jax Bicycle team!

Huntington Beach on Main Street is a friendly neighborhood. Bike riders are of all sorts, cruiser bikes, road bikes, ebikes, and many are on the Multi Use Path in Huntington Beach. This makes your shop an extension and restatement of this beach tradition.
Staff is really friendly and very professional. They make the bike shop feel like our local bike shoppe. A+ to the entire team! Will be back!

Top notch service and staff
Went in for a low air on my tubeless and were super helpful. No pressure to upsell when I'm trying to make my first use of my lifetime flat tire special. Appreciate that. Definitely made me buy something else because was not charged for airing and adding more sealant!
