We were in need of a basket for my wife's bike. They definitely has plenty of options. The woman who assisted us was great. Very friendly. She helped us choose a basket and even offered to put the basket on. Very cool. She put on the new basket and off we went. So nice to see there is still great customer service out there. Will definitely visit again if we need any additional parts.

I can find the bike accessories that I need at one of the stores. While the prices aren’t always the least expensive, they are of a quality brand.

The manager was very efficient and very customer service oriented.
Ever since I bought my TREK Verve 2 at JAX last November, I've gotten great service from the friendly, knowledgeable, & trustworthy people there. I'm an avid cyclist. It's GREAT to have a go-to shop like JAX. It's a fun place, even if I want to just drop in for some window shopping. I highly recommend JAX to anyone who enjoys cycling at any level.

Nick (Mick?) was extremely helpful. He was proactive and kept me updated. When a part I needed was no longer avaliable, he found a replacement on ebay. When it arrived I brought it in and he slapped it right on while I waited. There are bike shops closer to me, but I always ride by to Jax because of the quality of servce.

The manager was very thorough when I dropped off my bike and clearly explained the service that would be performed.
However, when I returned to pick it up, I was simply handed the bike with no explanation of the work that had been completed. Fortunately, I’m familiar with bike maintenance and tune-ups, but a customer with less experience may have appreciated a walkthrough of what was done and any recommendations moving forward.
The bike appeared to be cleaned, but I noticed there was still dust under the seat. More importantly, I expected some level of customer follow-up, such as explaining the adjustments made, reviewing any findings, or even suggesting that I take it for a quick test ride and let them know how it felt.
Instead, I walked outside and tested the bike on my own before loading it into my car. During that ride, I noticed the seat had been adjusted higher than where I had left it. At that point, I chose not to go back inside, but it added to the feeling that the pickup experience lacked the same attention and communication that I received when dropping the bike off.

While they couldn't meet our timeline for a new wheel this time, they helped us find a place that could. They will still be our first stop for maintenance!

Great bike store in downtown Huntington Beach. I have been going to them for over 20 years. They are always helpful and friendly. Prices are competitive as well. My go to store when I visit from out of state and need a quick tune up or top off the tire pressure on my bike.
