I had such a great experience with Donald Bowley at Jax Bicycle. I brought in my mountain bike and my beach cruiser for flat tires, and he was super honest and helpful from the start. He only recommended what I actually needed and took the time to really check both bikes thoroughly.
Donald went above and beyond by cleaning out all the junk that had built up inside my tires something I didn’t even know was there and after that, my bike honestly felt brand new. He even wiped the bike down, lubed the chain, and checked everything to make sure it was working smoothly, including the brakes. I really appreciated the extra care.
He also checked over my beach cruiser to make sure everything was running well. Even though I’ll need a new chain at some point, he still cleaned it up, lubed it, and wiped the bike down, which was such a nice touch.
Donald is super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely honest. His follow-up was great too he kept me updated the whole time, which made the process really easy and stress-free. He’s definitely going to be my go-to bike guy moving forward.
I’ll be recommending him to all my friends and family for sure.

Came in because the rubber foot of my kickstand had fallen off and I was looking for a replacement. Friendly staff sold me a new kickstand at a discount and even did some cable management for the wires around my bike light for free. Thank you for the great service!

My husband and I came in to purchase cycling shoes to use for our new peloton. The staff was amazing helping us find the right fit, and going above and beyond by ordering the sizes we needed from another store and having them shipped there. They even attach the cleats for us before we pick them up. We live locally in love support supporting local businesses.
I was looking for a Trek Verve e-bike. David helped me get one ordered on Monday MLK day. Because it was a holiday, it could not be ordered the same day. David thought the bike would likely be ready for pick up the following weekend. Two days later I got a call saying the bike had been delivered and was ready for pickup! My wife and I stopped by the store Wednesday afternoon to get the new bike and David helped load it into our vehicle. Jax and David under promised and over delivered. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
