When your bike is down and you need it repaired you are looking to get it back quickly and working great. That's exactly what the team at Jax did for me. Initially they had to order a part which was going to take a few days, yet the mechanic got my bike to the point where it worked well enough for me to complete my weekend long ride. Then when the part came in I had my bike back less than 24 hours from dropping it off. This is where I'll be taking my bike from now on and I can't say enough great things about my experience

Employee was very helpful getting my bike in and out of my car. It needed a new inner tube, which he took care of quickly while I waited. In addition, he taught me a few things about the repair, since I know so little about bikes. I really appreciated the service.
