Your customer service is exemplary. I don't have the gentleman's name however, he was staffing the repair desk yesterday, 8/9/26, mid-day. I purchased two tires that I wanted to install myself and he provided very helpful advice. Simply a superior retail experience due to his personal attention. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to fulfilling my cycling needs.

The tire repair service was awesome. I paid for the repair plan and brought my daughter’s bike in. Took 15 mins to fix and I was out the door. Service was stellar.

I went into the JAX’s shop in Long Beach to buy a replacement Blendr bike computer mount after it broke during my ride. My intention was to take the Blendr mount home to complete the repair myself. Not only did the shop have the part I needed but the employee who assisted me also offered to switch the broken part with the new one while I waited.

I have visited the Laguna Niguel after years of not being able to visit the last time I remember purchasing Box Two Prime 9 cassette for 9 speed setup, now I building a steel hardtail, and this would be the first time I am building a 12 speed drivetrain so went with SLX/Deore Shifter+Rear derailleur. Thankfully the service advisor was able confirmed the Deore shifter is cross-compatible with the SLX 12 speed rear Derailleur, I was glad that I did stopped by at this location thanks to the recommendation of the General Manager at Huntington Beach Misty as the Laguna Niguel is more mountain bike orientated location, and would be likely to return for a 12 speed microspline cassette Shimano.
Nick and Braxton have been beyond "client service". Classic old school making sure their clients are happy. Thank you for all the support. I've recently moved to the area and I'm grateful to have such a great bike shop to support my riding habits!
I'd like to commend Johnny for all his hard work and patience with me. I purchased a Trek Charter 5+ S about a week ago, and it's my first e-bike so I had lots of questions. Johnny was patient, professional, and encouraged me to ask anything that would aid my understanding of e-bikes in general, and the Trek that I bought specifically.
He provided a lot of information on my initial phone call. Then I went down to Jax and he let me demo a similar Trek Charter 4 since the 5+ wasn't in their stock. When I returned to pick the bike up, he again spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was happy with the bike, that it was fitted properly and that I had at least a decent understanding of the display and software (it was complicated for me).
He's a true asset to your organization and I won't hesitate to return to Jax for service and add-ons. Thank you and please feel free to contact me with any questions.
