Purchased a bicycle basket to use on my handicap scooter the owner took my scooter out of my car and and tried it on but didn’t fit properly so he took it into his store and bent the bracelet to fit reloaded back into the car for me and I’m a happy customer.
You had what I needed. My wife bought me a seat cover for my Exercycle, for Christmas - it was too small.
You accepted my trade in for the larger one ( it fits perfectly ) even without the receipt. With a smile.

I have been to Jax's numerous times for work done and products purchased. Always have been exceptionally helpful and curteous to both myself and my wife. We just purchased new helmets for our granddaughters and had to actually bring them back to get different sizes fore both of them. The return process was super, and had to wait for the new ones to come in, they sent me a text a couple of days later to let me know they were in store. Thanks guys.

i feel that it is important to support my local businesses. i paid more than double what the same product would have cost, dropped at my front-door. i value the people that staff a small bike-shop in this "environment". interpersonal relationships are much more important than we seem to appreciate.
Great staff and attention to detail. The ordered parts were delayed and they tracked the shipment for me. The day the parts were in , my bike was done. It’s truly a local merchant experience. Great people, great service and great neighbors.
Products are products. We test them, we like them, then we don’t like them. I may be naive, but you probably know this and tolerate it.
However, knowledge and service is special. If it’s there, I usually will continue going to knowledgeable people who fix the (bike) problem— cuz that’s what I’m looking for!
And Jax fixes bike problems. Thankfully, because I can continue to ride.
