I like using Jax; I think the people there are really nice and knowledgeable, the prices are good, and if something isn’t available in store they will ship it pretty quickly. My biggest complaint is that, whenever I order a part online and have it shipped to the store, the store never reaches out to let me know it has arrived. I end up calling a day or two after its expected delivery date to confirm it has arrived.

Braxton trouble shot my bike in one afternoon and figure out a problem that two other shops missed.Braxton went above and beyond to get the bike to me the next day. I now have what I call my Dream Machine back. My Electric Trek Rail 7 is a piece of art. I absolutely love this bike.

I like the professionalism and friendliness demonstrated by Jax employees. I also like their friendliness and honesty. Anytime I have a question its answered right away. When I need a specific item they conduct the research and find it.

Jax staff always gives personal attention whenever we go there. Their service department takes time to explain each proposed service, as well as showing your options to keep costs down.
I have also been greeted by the owner several times. He and the staff take time to text or call with updates or any changes to the service.
