I liked the service and price for my bike tune-up. I was surprised at the length of time it took between drop-off and order completion. If I was in a hurry, it would have been an issue. Nice that your business is popular enough to warrant your repair backlog.

I recently visited Jax Bicycles and had David help me from the moment I walked in. I explained that I was looking for a bicycle primarily for commuting to work, and he immediately started showing me budget-friendly options that fit my needs.
David never hesitated to answer any questions I had and took the time to explain the specifications of each bike. He even asked if I wanted to test ride one and personally rode alongside me to make sure the bike felt comfortable and was the right fit.
Throughout the process, he asked about my cycling journey and genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the best option. What stood out most was that he never once tried to upsell me. Instead, he focused on finding what worked best for me, which I really appreciated.
He also informed me about a tube and tire protection offer that made sense for my commuting needs, so I decided to take advantage of it. The pricing was fair, and when I purchased accessories, he even offered to install them for me.
