Had my Bosch powered Surly BigEasy brought in for warranty service.The entire staff that I was in contact with were awesome. My bike was there for two weeks.They totally made sure the bike was out of harms way,while waiting for Bosch to mail out the necessary parts to get the bike up and running. Even though the store was busy, the staff took the time to explain the repair. They also showed me how to put the bike in my car without removing the front wheel.
I needed some chain lube and wanted to try something different. The associate (can't remember his name) was very friendly and super helpful. He showed me all the chain lube options in stock and took the time to go over all the differences between them.
Overall very positive experience. I have been coming here in and off for years and I will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!
