I very much appreciated my experience at Jax bicycle center in Fullerton. It involved communication between the Long Beach store and the Fullerton store. It involved coordinating timing to arrive to receive a tire change and purchase a special item. Everything went perfectly. I was able to accomplish several other appointments during the time they were updating and repairing my bike.
When I got home, I had questions regarding specific tire pressures, and the way my tire gauge was reading the new tire. Eddie, my service rep talked me through it, and everything worked perfectly!
The professional service I received via phone through Will, Laurence, combined with the in person service I received from Eddy - makes me feel completely at ease working with Jax Bicycle Center, Fullerton

Unlike your 'sister' store in HB,where my bike was held hostage for two weeks because of an inept service manager and a mechanic who lacks basic skills, I brought it to you and the necessary parts were obtained and the repair was performed properly and quickly, AND for less than than half the price I was quoted at the downtown store.
Pretty much speaks for itself I would say. Why would I go elsewhere after this ridiculousness? The guys in LB were friendly and able.

Great customer service! My husband has physical limitations due to Parkinson’s disease. David recognized his need for a bike that would be safe to ride while giving him the exercise and enjoyment he wanted. I can’t say enough about David’s expertise, commitment to customer needs, empathy, and patience with someone who needed extra support. Absolutely recommend JAX Bikes Irvine!
Jeff is great to work with regarding repairing and maintaining my bikes.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I needed work done on my strand cruiser and the technician got me back on the road so I could ride it before bringing it back in at a later date. This was done at no charge, which impressed me. Old fashioned customer service is a quality that is a rare find these days.
I did bring my bike back and they did an excellent job, notified me of a change which actually cost less than they quoted me. Thank you to the staff at Jax, I trust them and would recommend them to anyone for repairs.

Excellent service! Anders is THE MAN!!! He answered ALL my questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me test ride different bikes and dealt with me being indecisive and got me set up with a great bike in the end.
