I went into Jax Bicycle Center just to buy an inner tube. I have been thinking about a 24" beach cruiser for a while, so I asked Jeff if I could see what they had. Jeff was, which I feel is so important, patient with me. He answered all my questions with courtesy and made me feel very much at ease. It was so nice to be able to cruise around the store to try out the various bikes. I like this one bike so much that I decide buy two, one for me and one for my girlfriend.
I had to go home to get my truck. When I got back it was about twenty minutes to closing time.
Jeff and another staff member took their time to made sure that the bikes were working properly. Jeff made sure that I knew all the after purchase-services that were offered even though it was pass closing time.
As soon as we were out of the door, we hopped on our bikes and rode around the neighborhood. We love our bikes a whole bunch!

I had my used E-bike serviced at the store and was so pleasantly surprised to have it fixed for an affordable price. The customer service was great. I feel like this kind of service doesn't exist anymore.
