The shop was busy when I came in. Not long at all I was greeted and helped by Nate. An outstanding young man. Professional and listened well. He was able to narrow down my issue on my bike. Within 2 days, I received a call the bike was ready. The hub on my front wheel was serviced and running like new! Thank you Nate and Jax!!!

I brought my knee scooter in for tube replacements in 2 tires. It was a busy afternoon but, it was done within an hour. Unfortunately, the next morning, the one of the tires was flat again. I bought it back that afternoon and it was replaced, not questions or cost. I truly appreciated the level of service given and will recommend and have recommended Jax to those who ask.

My son and I popped in about 15 minutes before closing with his new bike that needed some tweaks and the customer service was amazing. From helping us install the bells and whistles (literally!) to having the perfect little dog basket for my Townie bike, I would gladly make the drive there again for anything bike related, even though we live in Los Angeles! Would highly recommend this team and this company.

I was very pleased with the services I was provided on Sunday. I went in to get a cup holder and ended up buying new handlebars. At first the new handlebars didn’t fit my bike but the service guy found a spacer and made it work. The lady that helped us with the sales was very kind and friendly and we talked the whole time she was helping us. Great experience and I will always go back to Jax whenever I’m in Huntington Beach and have bike needs.

Your manager Jesse was very helpful first examining my road bike I had ridden in several years to see what would need to be done to restore it to previous well functioning condition. Second he showed me the current options to replace the pedals with dual sided ones. Finally he showed me various hybrid models that would be available in my price range that he can offer if we decide to purchase new bikes in the future.
