Jax was sent from heaven! I was reaching out around town for a bike assembly that needed to be done ASAP. The first place that I inquired tried to scam me out of $250 and his attitude and lack of professionalism really turned me off. Thank goodness I reached out to Jax (drove by my whole life and never stopped by) and Jeff responded to my email and phone query. He was extremely kind and genuinely caring. He reassured me they would take care of the assembly for more than half off that initial quoted price! I dropped off my bike same day and was told it'll take a week. Before I was able to leave the store the amazing Jeff gave me the best news that it’ll be completed next day! Just in time for my surprise. I couldn’t recommend the store and the staff more. Thanks Jeff! THANKS JAX! I’ll be back for any bicycle needs.
Everything was fantastic. I was sad to put my BMC Tri trainer bike down. Andrew and the team was extremely informative with explaining how this would have been unsafe to try and keep her going. A huge thanks to all who have assisted me in my biking endeavors.

Knowledgeable staff. Purchased 2 Bikes. One had to be ordered. Both Bikes were ready within a few days. Super easy transaction! All ready to rip!
1. It was very easy to make a service appointment. 2. I was having difficulty reattaching my front wheel in the parking lot, I believe it was Joe who spontaneously came out to help me, that's what I call service. 3. They interviewed me re: my bike's performance when I turned my bike in for service. It's one thing to look at a service interval chart, another to inspect the bike, it is a clear advantage to do both and ask the rider. 4. They called advising my bike was done, that it only needed minor adjustments, they oiled the chain, and wiped it down, and said it was ready, and that there would be no charge. This gives me confidence I will only pay for what I actually need. 5. The store itself is clean, attractive and well stocked. 6. The technicians have state of the art tools, benches, and fixtures. Big picture: Jax is customer centric, friendly, professional, with highly skilled technicians.
