Went in looking for advice on a lock and cable. Misty was helpful and brought the locks out to my E-trike to insure they fit on my 4" wide fat tires. Best price. Bought 2 kryptonite locks and 6' cable lock.

Just brought our e-bikes that we purchased at Jax in for 6 month service. We were greeted like family, with several of the employees remembering us from 6 months ago! The work was completed quickly, it was well done, and we are very happy to have Jax as our neighborhood bike store!!
I had a new rear tire installed on my wife’s bike. After picking it up we noticed the rear brake wasn’t working. I brought it back a short time later. Andrew was working alone and was busy repairing another bike. He immediately assisted me with my bike. A few minutes later 2-3 customers came in. He apologized to me for the delay and patiently helped the other customers. I was impressed that he remained calm and professional under the circumstances. He fixed the problem and I was in my way.
