Great customer service, I believe Craig was the gentleman that took care of us and did a fantastic job.. I thought I needed 2 new tires but after his review he said the tires are fine and only needs 1 new tube.
Loved that we were meant to feel like they up charged us on everything, we were in and out in about 15Minutes.

Service is great , the staff is great. Only thing that needs to be assessed is simple repairs like fixing a flat tire or any other simple task should be first priority since it only takes a few minutes.
I had a flat on my e-bike and Jax was able to fix it in a timely manner and get me on my way to the open road again which was greatly appreciated.

We spoke with Nathan who answered all of our questions and provided excellent customer service. There are at least two bike shops that are closer to our house, but we will return to Jax.
My interactions from phone calls, to repair estimate to delivery was super. Everyone was polite knowledgeable and really seemed to enjoy their work and work environment. One gentleman told me he was a customer and liked it so much applied to work there!

Trek bikes are top of the line and worth every penny! I have a commuter hybrid that I ride to work and a fast road bike for weekend adventures. I’m delighted with both of my Treks. The Jax team now remembers me and welcomes me warmly every time i enter the store and ask me how I’m liking my rides which I’m always enthusiastically excited to talk about. They are the best.

There was store parking.(car parking, I am ashamed to say I drove there.) I was greeted as soon as I came in the door, which was great because I was on a mission to find cycling shoes and had little time to spare. The people were helpful and allowed me to shop at my own pace...which is slow and thoughtful, yes I know there is a time limit, albeit self imposed. I had a pleasant experience, but I wasn't able to walk the whole store due to time constraints of my own devise. The open uncluttered shopping area was welcoming to ambulation by it's layout. I can imagine young children test riding bikes within the shop. I will return and spend more time there and if like my initial visit this return visit is similar, then I am more likely to be offered a deal that I cannot pass up. 50% off cycling shoes that fit!? Yes please. support local! ride your bike!
Jax is great! Helpful staff. Had my tubes replaced. They promised it to me the next day. It was ready in 2 hours!
