The best service I found was the online inventory. I did a search through shopping on Google and it showed they had inventory. That was a huge part of my "task-oriented" need to fast-track my purchase. They did the work that day. I paid and got everything I wanted and more. I had an excellent experience at Jax Bike Center in Irvine. The service was impressively fast and efficient—my mountain bike was ready ahead of schedule. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, both about repairs and the latest bike features, and they took the time to answer all my questions. The owner/manager is extremely supportive and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. I also appreciate how great they are with kids and families, as well as cyclists of all experience levels, from adventure-minded riders to those who just enjoy a weekend cruise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming atmosphere!
I love the speedy and always friendly and helpful service. I probably pass five bike shops on my way to Jax, and since they keep records of my last purchase, it makes it easy on me to get what I need without looking at my bike.

I liked the recommendation i was given about the size of bike my son needed. When i did my research you clearly use a brand, Trek, that is of higher quality than what i see at other bigger stores. Yes, i may pay more, but quality is important to me.
The service manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He was able to diagnose and quickly fix the tires while we waited. He was very courteous and friendly. I will definitely be bringing all our bikes back here for repairs.
Friendly, caring staff with helpful recommendations for ebike repair. Quick turnaround on completion was very much appreciated.
FYI-The repaired tire was put on backwards per the tire treads. I don't believe it matters, but I will let my son-in-law decide when he sees the bike tomorrow.

Friendly staff and timely service. My bike was ready at the promised time and overall, I was happy with the work. After taking it for a spin, I noticed a small mechanical issue that had been missed. I returned to the shop, and Anders took care of it on the spot—super helpful and professional. I appreciate the quick follow-up!

My son had a "Chain issue" which ended up being a gear and connection issue. A little more complicated than thought. The team at Jax, helped diagnose and fix the issue on the spot. WHAT, no down time from bike riding? Dad Win! Seriously though, great customer service, the nicest guys (Thanks Joe and Andrew). Jax could have easily played the whole yeah, we'll get to it tomorrow card. But I was in and out in 25 minutes on a last minute (and right before closing) "kid emergency". I appreciate you Jax and have already told multiple people about the experience.
