Great, friendly customer service
We needed a new bike for my 9 year old daughter. This was going to be her first "geared" bike and she was a bit nervous. Your salesperson was awesome! He tried her on a few bikes and got her set-up on the bike we'd end up purchasing. He took his time explaining how the gears worked, gave her a helmet, and then allowed her to test ride the bike. We had a great experience and my daughter's smile was priceless....thanks for the great customer service.

Jeff was very courteous and professional. I believe he knew I was out of my league but he still took the time and effort to explain things to me and give me options. My daughters bike is probably not going in for a major overhaul but thats not because of his great service but because more of my financial difficulties at this time.

Everyone is very helpful. As an older woman I appreciate being taken seriously and not dismissed. The mechanics always do a good job and if something isn't quite right they are more than happy to adjust.

I recently had my hybrid street bike deep level serviced after a year and a half of riding an average of 80 miles per week. A Jax service tech, as usual, went over the bike with me explaining in detail what my bike needed. He answered all my questions. When I picked up the bike I was AMAZED. It looked like it did the day I bought it 9 years ago! Jax of Irvine has consistently performed to this level. Shifting was smooth as glass and it feels good to be back on a quality serviced ride again.
