I really like the employees and the attention to detail when I've had my bikes serviced there. I can do most repairs by myself but when I can't, I expect the work to be done correctly and Jax has delivered on that. They always have some deals on new bikes so check them out. Quick turn-around...
I had a problem with my SRAM Rival bike. I had brought it to three other bike shops and each attempted to resolve a noise indue. Each said they had fixed the issue but each did not. I have had the opportunity to ride the bike yet but JAX did. The service manager who performed the work impressed me with his customer service and knowledge.

I received a fantastic Trek bike for a great price. Braxton and his team took care of me, making me feel cared for and taken care of. He gave me great advice on the pros and cons of different bikes. Ended up purchasing a different bike that I went in for but the value in the bike I bought is much better. Very pleased with the whole process.
