Jax Huntington Beach has remodeled the store. It’s got a new cleaner, brighter feel about it. The friendly staff have helped me make a good choice for what I needed and not tried to push a bunch of other stuff on me. You can tell when you talk with them.

Jax's does have the good stuff. The prices are very fair maybe not always the lowest, but quality is worth it!! Friendly workers who enjoy helping you find a part or a new bike. My Trek Alpha 3 Rode bikes never quits, and people think it costs $5,000 when I only paid $1,400 for a fun smooth Aluminum framed ride.

I came in at 5:10 pm needed to get a flat fixed for a bike ride the next day. You got it fixed in 35 minutes.

I called the store inquiring about a Trek Roscoe 7. John Brady answered the phone and helped me out. He was able to reserve the bike for me until I got off work. (It was the last one in stock) Once I arrived at the location I talked to John and he was a wealth of knowledge. He was able to answer all my questions, which I had a lot of since this is my first mountain bike.
I am very satisfied with the customer service and I will refer all my friends and family to Jax.

I have been a customer for at least 5 years and have always gotten the best service. But my latest experience was even better. Shipping an ebike to my daughter in Pacific Grove was something I was not accustomed to but you guys really took all the hassle away.
After scheduling the shipment with Bike Flights I dropped the bike off and you did everything else.. And even offered to affix the shipping labels to save me a trip.
I cannot thank you enough. Really appreciated.
