Knowledgeable and quick to find solutions
Jax is awesome. They're very easy to work with, caring, responsive, and have always been great to deal with. I purchased a bike from them about 6 years ago and I keep going back if I need service or any issues. They were temporarily understaffed the day I went in and they still worked hard to get everything done and completed on time.
I keep seeing the same faces there over the years so I hope that means they treat their team well. I'd highly recommend this place!
