I was very pleased with the customer service at Jax Bicycle Center San Clemente. They were very friendly and had my bike ready in only two days! Everything was done with care and their mechanics are very thorough and my bike has always been maintained properly. I highly recommend anyone looking for service on their bike to come here.
Staff's always friendly and approachable, it's easy to feel like a noob in bike shops when you're looking for help with fixes/repairs and I never get that feeling at Jax, which is much appreciated.

The service at Jax is superb! We have purchased two e-bikes from Jax and have been very happy with the service and assistance we received.
I wasn’t sure if my bike was fixable or if the repair cost would even be worth it—I had seriously debated whether I should just trash it. But Jax Bicycle offers free estimates, so I figured I’d at least see what it would take to get it running again.
Nate was great! He has excellent customer service skills. He helped me bring the bike into the store, assessed the issues, and gave me a clear estimate. He said it should be ready by Sunday, and sure enough, I got a call from him that day letting me know the bike was done.
When I came to pick it up, Nate even helped me load it back into my car. I really appreciate everything he did to make the repair process smooth and hassle-free. Thanks, Nate!
