I was having trouble with my brakes. Took my bike in and they corrected my problem with the brakes. They also checked out my gears. All was done within maybe 20 minutes at the max. Extremely satisfied.

Had a great experience bringing my bike in and getting it serviced.
The service department is excellent. I brought in an old Schwinn beach cruiser that had been in storage. Craig thoroughly inspected all of the parts, made necessary adjustments and cleaned it to showroom standards. The fair cost, and the respect he showed towards a bike with great sentimental value is rare to find today. I will be a loyal customer and highly recommend Jax for service and purchasing a new bicycle (electric or otherwise).
