Personalized service! Dave and his associate were wonderful with our two 7year old grandkids assisting them to find a bike that fit! The boys were even able to test drive different bikes outside. The bikes arrived quickly. They each received a stickers sheet for their bike helmets too! They love their new bikes from JAX Bicycles!

I have found Jax Huntington Beach carries quality products at competitive prices. But the best thing is their service. Jesse, the service manager, sets the example with his willingness to help you. He has answered all my question made sure my bike was completely ready to go whenever I have taken it in even for a minor concern.

Trek is a solid brand. The employees are very knowledgeable and are usually friendly. In my eyes, the only opportunity for improvement—when the store gets busy, the friendliness gets strained a bit.
