The Service Department has NEVER let me down. Experts in all types of equipment...pedal bikes, trikes, to e-bikes. I highly recommend bringing all your cycling questions to these experts. I have bought and serviced with them for years (since the old location) and will continue to do so!!!
Craig in the Murrieta store was our rep when we bought two new bikes from Jax. He asked us good questions so that he could learn about our needs, and guide us toward bikes that were appropriate for us. It was apparent that he really CARED about our satisfaction and well-being.
He also had great attention to detail, and he was very patient in answering our many questions.
He really was "the right man for the job".

Called to bring a child’s boxed BMX mongoose bicycle in to be put together. It was during 4th of July rush week. I let them know it wasn’t needed for the holiday and would bring the next week. When I brought bicycle in to shop the transfer was smooth and my questions all answered completely. The bicycle was finished next day as promised. My grandchild was ecstatic with his “big bike”. Jax bike shop made my first interaction with them such a positive experience. All my future bike needs will be with them. The shop was extremely clean, very professional and knowledgable.
The guys at Jax bicycle in murrieta ca. are very knowledgeable respectful and kind , willing to go the extra mile to help you out. You don’t find bike shops like that anymore, not trying to sell you the latest and greatest thing. I came in with surly disk trucker pea green. with a few questions and got my answers!

The service was excellent, the guy at the front counter, glasses, helped me pick the right product and even helped me by demonstrating how to use the product I bought. Very helpful.

The chain broke on my bike during my Wednesday ride. I was more then 9 miles away from my vehicle and needed a replacement chain. I walked the bike into Jax and asked if they could help. Without hesitation the service tech fixed the problem and got me back on the road.
