I really enjoyed the passion and knowledge of the sale associate I worked with. He did his best to make sure that I was set and ready to ride my bike when I returned home. He even helped me get it in my car. Thanks for all the help.
Every time we come into the store we are greeted and provided exceptional service. I cannot say it enough. My daughter is starting cycling as a newbie and the time and patience the techs give her to explain things are well beyond their jobs. This last encounter blew me away. The gentleman not only installed pedals we needed but took time to take us out in the back and show how they work with the shoes. It may seem so simple but it has been the reason she has not given up on this sport. I believe his name was David. Thank you to him and everyone. We will be back again!
