The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and competent.
Went in Friday to get a broken chain and a bent cassette replaced. They told me it would be ready by COB next day and that they would go over the bike for me before it was done. They called about 1 the next day and let me know my derailer was also bent. About an hr later all work had been completed including the work on the derailer I didn’t even realize was broken. They went the extra mile to make sure my bike was ready to ride. Next day I rode the bike and it broke one of the teeth off the cassette. I called Jeff and he told me they would swap it out no problem. I took it in they put it up on the stand and dug into it right then. I expected they may replace the single gear that broke since it was a brand new set.
They replaced the entire cassette and didn’t charge me anything. That is costumer service and standing by not only their work but also the product they sell.
I have also bought a bike for my wife there a year or so ago and they went the extra mile to get it set up just for her.
Defiantly a place I would recommend and will be a continued customer. Note I have a bike shop 5 min from my house but because of the costumer Service I’ll drive 25 min to Jax’s

I came last minute to get my bike fixed due to my car being in the shop i felt bad being one of those types of people who come when the store closes in 2 mins but they saw how I desperately needed my bike fixed since it was my only way to get to work and the whole team went above and beyond to helping me out great service and as well took a lock and air pump definitely coming back to get my bike serviced for next time!
