Very friendly and did not look down on an old man who is far from an expert on a bike. They knew their stuff and explained the options to me. Very affordable. My bike was fixed and I had my best bike race ever the next day. I am from out of state but will use them on future visits. They kept me up to date on my helmet order and it came when they said it might.

Needed new tires. I had heard wider tires are now the thing, but did not understand why. I've been rolling on 700x23 for a long while. They explained the new thinking and it made sense. I"m also riding a 20 year old Trek Carbon frame with 67,000 miles on it. They confirmed the wider tires will work just fine. Very informative and helpful.
